Long Term Care Insurance

Cypress Palms is accepted by most long term care insurance policies and is licensed by the State of Florida as an Assisted Living Facility. We are able to provide assisted living and nursing services while you enjoy the comforts of your own private apartment.

At Cypress Palms, we carefully plan and direct staff to meet each resident’s specific plan of care. Cypress Palms provides professional licensed nursing 24-hours a day, seven days a week. By providing services to you through a service plan you help to create, we provide superior service and excellent clinical outcomes.

With Cypress Palms’ ability to provide such extensive assisted living services, we can accommodate almost all assisted living long term care policies.

Medicaid Nursing Home Diversion Program

Cypress Palms is a participant in the Nursing Home Diversion (NHD) Program, a unique managed care program for Medicaid beneficiaries. NHD provides a case manager who, along with our on-site team and yourself, provides a service plan designed to meet your specific needs.

Ask for a list of Diversion Providers with whom Cypress Palms currently has a contract.

Aid & Attendance Pension for Veterans and their Spouse/Widow

Cypress Palms holds our Veterans and their families in the highest esteem and regard for the sacrifices they made for our country. To show our gratitude, we work with our Veteran residents to help them navigate the often confusing maze of Veterans benefits. By working with only the best professionals in the community, we are committed to assisted our residents in obtaining the benefits they earned through their service to our country.
