Staying in Touch

Communication between residents and staff is essential and we make every effort to stay in touch with residents on a frequent basis.

We invite and encourage family members to attend our many activities and events along with their resident family members. Cypress Palms is a community of vibrant activity and we enjoy having family members participate with us in as many events and activities as they are able. Family members make a significant contribution to our community life at Cypress Palms.

We also value and encourage family members to communicate with us at any time regarding community programs, activities, special events or simply to see how mom or dad are doing. Email updates with digital pictures are available upon request! Our residents have access to a community computer on which they can also learn to send email or even Skype. You can also follow us on Facebook for regular updates on our events and see recent photographs.

We publish a monthly newsletter and calendar that is available to both residents and family members. Please request them if you are not receiving them.
