I was born in Youngstown, Ohio and attended culinary schools in both Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Milan, Italy. During the past 32 years, I have worked in fine dining and health care food service, both as an Executive Chef and Culinary instructor.

I look forward to sharing my experience and skills with the residents and staff of Cypress Palms.
